12 litre fabric pots :)
How much do you water each time and frequency? Just curious as I'm trying to work out an issue with one of my hazes
Since being full size and established, watering has been approx 3.5 litres every 36 hours, with around 0.5 litres of runoff per watering. I never allow the pot to fully dry, but usually comes pretty close, so she's probably drinking close to 2 litres a day.
This is why I love this place. It helps me figure out what I may be doing wrong. So I have

2x 16l fabric pots, filled about 90% to the top with soil

I am only watering 2.5l per pot with Bio Grow

My white widow seems to do OK, but the Haze, after the initial watering she perks up, but after a couple of days she looks sad again and looks like she's over watered or underwatered. But the pot is still heavy and soil is moist.

I do have run off, no way near 0.5l, so on my next watering I'm going to water them about 4 to 5l in each pot and give them a thorough watering.

See, I used the notion that if I begin to get a little run off, like about 50-100ml, I'm good as the soil must be properly watered to have water come through the bottom. But now I know that it still may not cover each corner of the soil in the pot as it may have found a quick route down to the bottom.

This is my first soil grow, so far so good, only with the haze issue! I am a still a bit concerned as I read that it may be a pot issue as I have been veggin for 10 weeks and it may have overgrown the pot, lets hope its just the watering issue as generally they are healthy.

Thank you for your response @flip

Not sure if runoff in soil is as important as in coco, but I'm sure someone will know!

In terms of plants looking sad, I used to have the same problem until I heard some sage words of advise from @Captain Beefheart and @GMO on a podcast about never using cold water (always slightly warm).
I've also starting PHing the feeds with apple cider vinegar this grow which has been massively beneficial (although again not sure what PH requirements are for soil).

yeah id agree run off isnt as important, but as mentioned cold water will find them fast routes to the bottom as well

if you can cover 2/3rds the spout of your watering can or whatever, itll force you to water slower and more evenly. a few dowels works well for a full spout or come electrical tape works well for them ones that are like half open the length of the spout

At the moment, I'm using a 5l pressurised sprayer from screwfix, the nozzle allows some control of the amount of water delivered. Im going to get a 12l one though. Its the same brand so Im hoping it allows the same adjustment for the amount of water delivered.

I always try to use warm water..in my NFT days that was extra crucial as well as having a water heater in the tank as I appreciate you don't want to shock the roots. Thanks guys

She's coming down next weekend! Just had her last plain water flush. I'll let her dry out until chop.
