I keep mine in the fridge mate. How does it change temp way too much? It's fridge..should maintain temperature well. Except if you don't open the door every 2 minutes haha

Unfortunately the lost coast never germed, it was years and years old.

Re: Multi strain coco grow with new led light.
The maple sherbert is looking healthy and can see some roots already.

The Sticky fingers is a bit slow but is making progress. Can just see a root so im happy. Im hoping she catches up when veg starts.

Temps seem to be pretty stable at around 24c and but the humidity does drop into the high 30s if i dont spray.
Not much else to say really untill it starts kicking off.
Thanks for reading.

Re: Multi strain coco grow with new led light.
Hey @Redz Medz,
Looking good buddy. Hopefully that contorted growth will level itself out and grow into a monster.
I just cracked three seeds and had a similar experience. Same media, germination method, light and temperature and all that but one out of the three tripped over out of the gate. Was always a little behind and just didn't want to grow like the other two. I ended up culling it as the way I see it, nature would of intervened in it's natural habitat. Strongest of the fittest and all that :)
Calcium deficiency can cause twisting of the new growth like that but a seedling would take a week or so to show as there's enough food stored in the seed to get it out of the ground. My guess is it's something just wrong with the seed.

Re: Multi strain coco grow with new led light.
There's always next time buddy. I've just ordered some hso beans to put away as I've a feeling they may be on the way out with that investigation that's going on.Redz Medz wrote: ↑Sun Oct 11, 2020 10:36 amYeah man it smells quite special in flower but i never to got to taste it last time, buggered up the drying process with that one.The Supreme Weeder wrote: ↑Fri Oct 09, 2020 6:50 pmLove the sound of the maple sherbert (on my list of strains I want to bang) and the lost coast og mate.

Re: Multi strain coco grow with new led light.
They will fly off soon Redz. Sticky Fingers is a tricky strain but so so worth the hassle. I believe its one of the strongest strains they do.

Re: Multi strain coco grow with new led light.
Cheers @seymore_budz
yeah hopefully, its actually overtaken the sticky fingers already, can see more space between the nodes and has more new growth.
Had my worse germinating process this time round, 2 out of 7 beans lol.
Yeah i found that out after i started them @Keeno, wouldn't have chosen that one, as new setup and equipment. But see what happens.
I saw that hso was being investigated @The Supreme Weeder what is it all about? think i should stock up aswell then.

Re: Multi strain coco grow with new led light.
Honestly got no idea, seems strange with weed being such a low priority these days for the feds anywhere to be pursuing breeders as if they're Pablo Escobar. Huge waste of time and effort to jail people who when you get past the hype are really just obsessive gardeners.Redz Medz wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 5:34 pmCheers @seymore_budz
