i will be supercropping and pinching to slow them down
How does the pinching work? Bulls mention pinching in one of Josh's posts and I wondered how that works?
You crush the stem Minty to slow down the growth can be very useful when you get a stem that is bolting for the light. Lot of growers use it help keep canopy level when they have no space to bend them horizontal.
Hey Mr Kbag sir is that the same as Fimming.......................? You crush the stem Minty to slow down the growth

Thanks @kbag good tip and one that will come in handy for sure in my limited growing area.

@Mr Nice, No I don't think it is the same as Fimming although they are both stressing the plant out. Fimming is more about splitting the steam into two (topping) or more (fimming) whereas this is about stalling the plant and letting it continue as is. That is my understanding at least so correct me otherwise.

If you are going to put a support net in it may be worth training the ao into it for a week or 2?
What are the benefits/differences between using a net and using 50 million YoYo's Ala @Nanook?

Week 2 from flip update.
So the 400w hps is in the cupboard. i have dropped the pots giving me a extra few inches of height to play with. Also made up a support net made from the a old kids football net it is only for support and not a scrog net.
Wilma is a 50 litre res to this i add 50ml of A and 50ml of B and 30ml of PK13/14. The plants have not filled the cupboard as much as i would like but hopefully will do over the next week or 2.

Hi Kbag, Just out of interest since we have near identical set ups, whats your EC at those ratios?
