Re: Blue Forest Berry and a couple of Agent Orange
Now for some information about the strains.
BLUE FOREST BERRY (GROWERS CHOICE) FEMINIZED
GROWERS CHOICE - BLUE FOREST BERRY: DELICIOUS BERRY TASTE
The breeding team at Growers Choice managed to create a real beauty with their new Blue Forest Berry. This sativa-dominant lady shows off beautiful colours, that depending on the temperatures at night, can range from a subtle blue glow to wonderful deep shades of blue and purple.
This strain is very easy to grow and doesn’t need a lot of attention if you want to see good results at harvest time. With a height of 90–150cm, she is still compact enough, that you should be able to find a nice spot for her, even when your space is somewhat limited. Blue Forest Berry is also very mould-resistant, which makes her a good strain, that you can plant in cold and wet climates, yet she can also handle high temperatures well. You can grow her indoors or out without much fuss, where she will reward you with yields of up to 700g/m² in optimal conditions. Her flowering time is 8–10 weeks.
Blue Forest Berry will absolutely delight those who love their smokes sweet and tasty. She mixes sweet flavours with mouth-watering fruity tones and adds a little Haze flavour on top of it for a rich, very satisfying and delicious smoke.
She contains plenty of THC to make her smoke not just a feast for your taste buds. Given that she is a sativa-dominant hybrid (60% sativa), her effect is mainly cerebral, wonderfully uplifting and euphoric, but thanks to her indica side also relaxing. She can be an ideal smoke for all kinds of occasions. Have this fabulous lady lift your mood and have her get rid of stress in no time and enjoy her if you want to chill casually at the end of a long day.
Blue Forest Berry by Growers Choice is a superb sativa-dominant hybrid, that doesn’t just draw attention due to her beautiful appearance. Her top-quality bud, despite being super-easy to grow, gives you an amazing tasting smoke and a fantastic high!

Re: Blue Forest Berry and a couple of Agent Orange
TGA Subcool Seeds Agent Orange Regular Cannabis Seeds
It is a genetic blend of Orange Velvet and Jack The Ripper. Orange Velvet is not particularly known to be very resinous, but the aroma and flavour of oranges are simply irresistible; by adding Jack The Ripper to the mix, a predominately Sativa hybrid comprised of Jacks Cleaner and Space Queen, increased the resin production significantly.
The result is a 50/50 Sativa/Indica hybrid occurring in two phenotypes, a really tall one with extremely resinous buds and a short and broad one. Outdoors, in a warm climate like in California the plants can reach a height of over 3 meters. When the nights get colder, the buds can take on maroon and purple hues. Indoors it should be topped and trimmed to allow for heavy yields of extremely resinous large dense buds. The plants reach full maturity within only 55-65 days.
The great taste and aroma comprised of orange and sour citrus fruits caresses the taste buds and heralds a very relaxing effect combined with an almost trippy cerebral aspect. The smell is so pronounced, it even aromatizes the water in your bong!
Genetics : Orange Velvet x Jack the Ripper
Hybrid : Local Orange Skunk x Jacks Cleaner x Space Queen
Flowering Time : 55-65 Days
Sex : Regular
Type : 50% Sativa / 50% Indica
Yield : Very Heavy

Re: Blue Forest Berry and a couple of Agent Orange
I had the Blue Forest Berry for a while sitting on my window sill enjoying life in soil.

Last week i decided to pot them into Coco using 10l air pots. Whilst potting up i used Great white on one of the BFB and one Agent orange on the other 2 i used the Dynomycro.
Once done i put them in the cupboard under the ISH265 Pro dimmed to its lowest setting and about 40" above the plants. Oh boy did these plants spit their dummy out within 3-4 days they were not looking well at all very sad they looked. The change of Environment and the potting up really took it's toll so i changed the light schedule from 24/0 to 14/8 giving them a break from the light. They have perked up some now, the less light def helped with the stress.
I have not fed them at all or watered since potting into the coco hopefully the roots are in the coco now so i can start to get some feed into them and turn them around.

I was considering the blue forest berry and I haven't grown any of the growers choice before, but leaning to the rainbow candy now. What have you grown before?

Re: Blue Forest Berry and a couple of Agent Orange
hi rik this my first go with growers choice. I am hoping to get some of them colours like the pics but i doubt it lol. I really did like the description by the breeders the high sounds like my cup of tea flavours as well. The bonus if correct is it meant to be very mold resistant what is ideal for growing in the u.k

Re: Blue Forest Berry and a couple of Agent Orange
Yeah that's what i was worried about with the rainbow candy as it didn't seem as mould resistant. Looking for a decent dehumidifier at the mo, hoping that will help control things a little, coming into winter.kbag wrote: ↑Mon Aug 31, 2020 10:53 amhi rik this my first go with growers choice.
