Is it because of the amount your loosing per square meterage or just the difference in the structure etc or something else mate?
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

Running cost's mate if the heater starts coming on lights on like it did do i am really defeating the object with these lights. With a 400w hps the heater will not come on lights on only when off if it drops below 24C in there.
I have set at 24c for the benefit of the led but would drop that to 22c with the hps in there.
So basically my heater with the led could be switching on and off 24/7 with the led and at 500w soon adds to more leccy.

Ahh ok, I guess its location dependant. I dont run a heater but its in a heated room ( tho the windows usually open tbh )
