Personally I could spend 300 quid on electric a month and still end up saving money growing my own

I’m gonna start with the MH but switch to the led when I sort out a hanging kit

I do not bother with the manufacture hanging wires i just use rope ratchet hangers. They are stronger and allow you more height if needed.

What's the real draw on one of those 900s?

My 900 + 5inch fan & CF is currently drawing 433w. Theyre hooked up to a smart plug so i can see the realtime draw so I'd say 410w from the led seems about bang on :mrgreen:

You ain’t wrong mate.... my missus fair goes through it and cost us a fortune when I ain’t got my own so I’m hoping for a big crop.
It will keep her happy.

Them ratchets are awesome. I have a lot at home and always make sure I got s spare pair as they always needed lol :) Brilliant piece of kit. I had them on a discount from local hydro shop for 5£ a pack so bought a few.

Pic is not very special but all of my seeds sprouted and are now in their 11L pots.
Got the MH on just now as it keeps temps good.
I will count day 1 when they pop their heads above the soil.
