Is there such a thing as too much light?

I have a really strong led its the Phlizon 1200W Double Switch Series Plant LED Grow Light for Full Spectrum (Actual Power 250watt)

Its only for a single plant in a closet grow less than 3ftx3ft iv kitted out the wall with the reflection stuff too.

Hope this makes sense im just a newbie

That’s not going to be too much light for your area, but there definitely is a thing as too much light. Just don’t ask Nanook that question. Ha.

I actually can't wait to show my plant it really is my baby I love growing all sorts of plants but iv always wanted to grow weed before my interest in gardening.

Plus i now have my LED light for more innocence reasons now too like getting a head start on my tomatoes next spring

It depends on how you define too much light.

Too much light - strength-wise - yes.
Too much light - time-wise - yes/no - depends on the type of plant.

thing is, its a 250 watt light, because thats what it draws from the wall, so you will be fine.
