Jack's Magic Skunk #1

Post by GMO »

Hello stoners and growers

This is just gonna be a quick fire round. Plants were taken as clones a few months ago and kept in 100ml eco pots till i decided what i was doing with them

ImageImage

Now they are in 10l air root pots of jacks magic soil from westlands

Image

while they establish themselves in the new pots they are under 150w ISH Pro and will flower under 1x 250w ISH V1 and 1x 250w ISH V2

hopefully no nutes this run but will add things if i use them :D

thanks for reading

Have you used the jacks concrete before?
i had no end of problems with it, it compacts way way too much, retains so much water it takes weeks to dry out, and is peat heavy.
its far from ideal for growing weed with - in my honest opinion.
i know a lot of people use it, and a lot go on about it being great, but ive no idea why, its crap.
i would never use it again.

Can i also ask why you arent using nutes? this is usually done when potting up gradually, but it looks like you have put them straight into thier final pots?

im just curious, maybe you have a reason for it

I think from the consistency the peat is just composted coco coir man. there is also a really nice sandy loom from quarried sand. ive been using it for other stuff around the house a month or 2 and it seems to be as good as Verve was when verve was good

The plan is just to run these straight into flip after rooting out. they were in 100ml eco pots for about 3 months so they are really light feeders. they are going into final pots now so hopefully its loaded close to enough not to bother feeding

thanks for your input dude

Interesting to see how this soil performs. I'll have a rum and ginger and sit in a booth in the corner (rolling a joint under the table obv)
