Looks like you have a bit of mutant on your hands HMr. For some reason now and then you get a seedling like this even when you have others in the exact same environment medium etc that look perfectly fine.
Often you find they do grow out of it and some just get so far behind the others you tempted to bin it.
Will make it slower in growth but hang on in there had some grow into beauty's.

oh yeh hang on in there. When i zoomed in on the photo i just noticed the new growth had a similar shape pattern as the first set of leaves..

so HMR doesn't like this one so ive robbed it to see how big I can get it in 3 weeks before I flip.

That's going to be interesting Point 5. Can you not hang the tower fan horizontally? Would save you so much space and better airflow above canopy?
