Why is my plant drooping like this?

Havent watered it for a while, has drainage holes still dont know what im doing wrong

That is under watered mate, in a serious way. If you didn't get some water through it at the time of this pic i fear you may have lost her.

Wow sooooo thirsty, a tad too dry lol, as said get some water in her and hopefully she turns round.
It's good to have a wet and dry cycle in soil but not that dry lol.

Goog Morning mate and Welcome to GrowRoom 420

Fore sure this baby needs a drink!

Also if you can't get any access to watering regularly you could repot them in bigger pots these look like 5l pots maybe think of going up to at least 10 this will help retain more moisture and keep them feeding slightly longer, look ok if you can turn it around mate, All the best with them
