Going to do a little cross post as I have started another grow diary in the mentoring section to take care of the Water Melon Wedding Cakes that are being grown in Coco and Clay pebbles using the Auto Pot systems. For more information check out this post.

Hey Suni mate,

I have seen you shooting your way up the post count by saying hi to all the other members. That is a real smart way to get your post count up mate and it was real easy wasn't it ;o) Hope to see you in the comps soon and you will see what a great place to hang out this GrowRoom420 community really is. Kudos, glad to have you follow along with my grows (another one on the go since you first said hello ;o)

Day 46 update.

As some will have already seen the Royal Dwarf didn't make it due to a mistake on my part while trying to remove some of the root rot - I basically trimmed a little too high the roots no longer sat in the water. My Bad!

Image

The Easy Bud is still looking a little sad but it is still alive

I gave it a little clean up just to remove some of the larger leaves to allow more airflow etc.

Not great but the roots do like they are recovering.

:idn:

Current stats are

Image

Water temp is actually 1 less than shown so running about 20 (didn't want to go as low as 19 yet as I don't know which sensor is the most accurate - the dedicated temp sensor from Atlas or the one built into the chiller)

Tent Cam:-

Rest in Peace - Royal Dwarf

Just a quick update as I found this really interesting. I have not been in the tent at all but I did 'tip' the main light on it's side since the Royal Dwarf died as I have no means to remove the additional light and the additional plants are not ready to go into the tent etc.

But look at what the plant did (via tent cam) - You see the straggly braches busting out the left and right side, since I tilted the light - The plant was not touched :-

Couple of hours later they are back pointing up?
Am I just too stoned now and should stop watching this shit ;o)

Hopefully this is a sign the roots are recovering.
Or I'm just stoned - either way all good in my books ;o)

This so makes me want to run some Invisible Sun R Strips around the sides of the tent like a Tanning Saloon ;o)

Easy Bud Update (RIP Royal Dwarf) Day 52 - from seed

Looks to me like she has started flowering but the root are not recovered yet so this ain't good but...

Simple tent cam update
I have been treating her with Oxy Plus at the recommended dosings (140ml per 40 litres) for 3 days and will drain, clean, and refill tomorrow.

It is only a cheap one (£26) from China but it is useful - I record the video then share it to a private WhatsApp group where I download it onto the PC.

Minty, I believe your one plant might be suffering from rot. I'd recommend using this https://www.onestopgrowshop.co.uk/produ ... ff-1-litre
Nanook swears by it if I remember correctly.

The Pythoff finally arrived (OneShop delivery sucks and I am still waiting on various missing parts from my original orders) but the plant seems to be getting better and the Pythoff seems to have helped with the root rot recovery:-

There is a load more root growth so here's hoping they stay white.. Thanks Josh, as always for the good advice mate.

Tent Cam - as why not - they are easy to grab - does look a little lonely without the Royal Dwarf in the video :-(
