Hello mate,
I wouldn't rush feeding the cubes. Being in the propagator there is nothing to suck the moisture out of them yet so you don't want to be drowning the seedlings. Let them do their thing and just make sure they don't dry out.
You can pot them up in their next homes once their roots start shooting out of the cubes mate. They(the roots) don't like direct light so they usually start poking out tiny ends like beard and won't grow out much of the cube unless they have moisture to follow(Don't let your cubes stay in water)
Hey bulls✌

Thanks for the advise mate much appreciated

I soaked the cubes before dropping the seeds in and there still moist so going to let them do there thing as you say and get some 1L smart pots to transfer them to in the next few days

Good man
I know some people gently squeeze them to get rid of the excess moisture in them.

Done that mate before I popped seeds in👌

Think it's just the humidity keeping them damp🤔

Anybody want to mentor me on this one😂🙈 feel free to let me know🙏🙌

looking good - ask for a mentor in the mentor thread, I would offer but apart from the fact I am not the best mentor, I am already mentoring mini :)

Just potted up to 250ml cups...

Soaked coco till plenty of run off

Ph - 6.3
EC - 1.2

4ml/L shogun start
5ml/L shogun katana roots

Back in propagator under T5 on 24/0

They are now almost touching top of propagator, do I get a higher one or take them out propagator all together??ImageImage

Hey buddy,

The higher humidity will help at this stage but I often have them out in the open this early on. I'd leave em till they hit the roof then get them out.

Can i ask why ph is set to 6.2?

Drop that then please. I wasnt sure if there was a specific reason. In coco I'd have it at 5.7 for this stage. 6.2 is where id want it late flower.

If you are mixing feed for a couple days or more at a time you will need to check and set ph each day as it will likely rise for the first 2 days of mix.
