Re: Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry (under Invisible Sun)
this dampening off shit is really starting to irritate meThe new seedling sprouted and looks great, but now one of the original ones is about to die!! Wtf!! I've put a bit of cinnamon around the stem to try and kill the fungus but I'm pissing in the wind I think.
It's all my fault though, lol
When I was sprouting the cover crop I had a heater in there but no extraction or intake. The warm, still air was a breeding ground for fungus so I'm never doing that again
lesson learnedSo.... The FINAL seed is being put into a peat cube and in the dome. If she doesn't make it I give up

Re: Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry (under Invisible Sun)
So the remaining runt died off, but my last seed sprouted this morning
gonna giver her a day or two and then add to the bed
Others look great, still small.
I hate this stage
2 plants will be a week or so ahead of the new one but shouldn't make much difference. My main concern is the screen filling unevenly, we'll have to wait and see though

Re: Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry (under Invisible Sun)
trials and tribulations dude!
they are sent to test our resolve! keep at it and youll get em all there mate. would a half litre pot sat on your no till bed stay a little dryer than the bulk of the medium? id be inclined to try a small pot size to get roots established then add the plant to the full bed.... just an idea. could help ya get ahead of the next rotation too if its possible?

I was trying to avoid transplanting because every time I do with autos they seem to stall and do nothing

Re: Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry (under Invisible Sun)
Ok, not sure what day they're on because I've had to start multiple times
Not looking too bad though
Really, really hope the recently added one takes off. Of course it got a bit of dampening off also but it seems to be healthy for now
Started to get light stress, so I've lowered the wattage almost all the way down. I'll have to check but prbly only 15 watts per panel. They immediately looked happier

These damn led lights are strong, gonna take a bit to get used to
I've also switched the lights to 24 hours on
2 reasons for this- 1. Never seen anyone do it
2. Stable temps and humidity throughout the grow
I know I know, we've all been taught thst plants NEED some dark to take care of processes that can't happen with lights on. But what about autoflowers?
Give that a quick google search and comes up with the typical 50/50 ratio of people that swear by it and people that say it's retarded
Well, stick around and we'll know soon enough
Leccy is so low with these lights I could care less about the extra hours anyways
2 inch pvc pipes added for air flow and drainage!

Re: Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry (under Invisible Sun)
24hr light encourages smaller plants and tighter node spacing. if ya not saving money by running 24/7 id highly recommend a dark period buddy TBF even if it costs more i think youll be better of with a dark period (my personal opinion that any plant is gonna need some rest) but i think the ratio to return at 24/0 was lower than at 18/6 but greater than 12/12.... ill dig about for a reference
