Groom walls

Hey all, decided I need more room so building a groom instead of using the tent and basically I'm not sure on what will be best for the walls :idn: white? Mylar? Reflective foil? Or I've seen some small sheets (imagine with a quick look can find bigger) of the "high Viz" reflective stripe stuff, now, would this actually be any good? Does it actually reflect useable light? 🤷🏼‍♂️
It's not happening overnight but hoping to have it complete and operational by Christmas (taking my time and not rushing into it) 👍

Mylar is what's used in grow tents, if that's any help.

White Matt Emulsion cheap as chips and works a treat.

Cheers guy's, just out of interest, has anyone got any information on the reflective material? Ie the high vis stuff? 🤷🏼‍♂️

White paint is good enough but if you want the best go for diamond reflective sheeting.

I'm pretty sure most hydroponic shops sell panda film or something similar but you can get away with white paint
