Spider Mites.

This is cool as fuck...

I went in to check the hanging plants, cut at the base and upside down and thought they were going mouldy for some reason on the stem cut.
I rubbed my fingers on it and it was a bit like an oily resin, so out come the loupe and guess what it was???

This is a predator that has had a belly full of grub, he's gone red. They're translucent when they haven't eaten any mites.
