im not a big fan of defoliation too much, but you may want to remove some of those large fan leaves if you cant tuck them and looking at the size of them leave youll have trouble tucking them

Yeah I'd have tucked or if impossible, snapped the second lower set of fan leaves. Need to promote some light down there otherwise branches are growing slowly and wanky
really nice work going on in here mate. what you wanna do is start playing around with trying to stall the tallest tops to allow the lower stuff to catch up so you get a nice flat canopy but the time your ready to move her
you can either top the leading heads which is always good cos youll get more tops, you can pinch the stems which will help the bulk up and turn more woody which helps them support more weight later or you can start gently pulling those tops out an hold them inplace with some garden wire or pipe cleaners.
