Pretty average leaf strip for trellis honestly. Trying to grow buds not leaves.

Give it a few weeks... The results will really... Grow on you...

Oh man. Getting to the back is the worst. Full on plant yoga. Climbing underneath the trellis, then squeezing between the tent wall and trellis while trying to not knock anything over.

This is a little more aggressive defoil, from the folks over at Floraflex. Still nothing crazy. . .what's funny is this is actually just 2 weeks after the initial leaf strip.

Ive seen intensive defoliation like this before. Makes my heart hurt personally to each their own and all that. Old school growers here may have some stronger words about it

I guess you'll be permanently heartbroken hanging out here then bud...at least when I'm running trellis...lol.

I defoil all my plants, but I use this method *specifically* for when I do a large trellis run. That doesn't mean it's my rule for defoil, or the only way I train or strip leaves...all ya gotta do is look at the Romulan and Dumpster in the same space to see that lol. It's just the only way YOU have seen ME do it so far. I'm only one grow in on this forum man... Be patient, the dank is coming lol... The level of defoil I employ is still pretty basic in my opinion, and standard operating procedure in most facilities that run large trellis. . . Sooo

In reference to my space, I prefer to not deal with powdery mildew formed when leaves are resting atop one another...or any other similar issues stemming from micro-climates and air flow for that matter...but yes, to each their own, but I know plenty of old school growers in real life that know what I'm doing, and utilize the same methods... So my old grower friends vs the forum I guess??

Strong words??? Those don't scare me bud, especially in online environments. Sticks and stones and all...So if anyone has some... Throw em. Just know that no amount of soft/hard pressure on my grow style or techniques will change what or how I do business.

Just remember what they say about opinions, when/if ya decide to throw those sticks at me.
