Thanks @Momma bear & @Tictok :thanks:

Greetings all, here is a quick update at day 20 of flower. I gave them all a good leaf strip the last two days and set up plant frames. So they should be set as we roll into mid flower. The reservoir was changed yesterday, I added the PK 13/14 which I will run for week 3 only. The EC is upped to 1.9. I fed a weekly microbe tea which they always love so much. Syn-ganic rocks! why argue over salts vs worms........when you can have them both :ak: yeah thats right I said it.

Here's the BBW #2 at the front left of the tent. The Chem D #1 is at the back

Image

Here in the middle front of the tent we have the BBW#1 behind her is the Chem D#2

Image

Here are the two Moontang F2's I made through a cheeky pollen chuck (intentional). So far they loot fairly uniform and healthy.

Image

Heres the variegated Chem D#1 you can see the leaf colouration clearer in this photo. This photo is in focus too, last weeks wasn't haha. The other Chem S1 shows almost no signs of variegation now.

What causes that kind of leaf discolouration would ya know Cole ? It`s mad but summink I've seen myself more than once although its never really a problem, lets say like under-ferting type yellowing and such like.

Plants look sound though man.

Cheers @2-Scoops yeah the leaf variegation is an interesting plant mutation. I think as growers we are so use to diagnosing our plants through their leaf appearance, it really catches you off guard at first and think you need to correct it or you have done something wrong. From what I have found, its caused due to the plants inability to produce chlorophyll, hence the streaks of white and leaf pigmentation. Apparently it occurs either due to cell mutation or due to plant viruses. Either way it occurs at the cellular level of the plant. In some cases the plants either die or produce a lacking harvest, because chlorophyll is so important to the plants ability to produce sugar for plant growth.

That's apparently not the case with the Chem D though. It has the leaf variegation trait, but still produces potent flowers and decent yields. It also a distingusihing trait that you have the legit cut or legit genetics descending from the original. Which you would think is has to be, because honestly you probably would want Michael Jackson vitiligo leaves if you could avoid it.

Day 25 of flower, plants have all stretched nicely and appear on track going into mid flower.

Image

Chem D #1, both the Chem D's have stayed nice and stocky. You can tell her apart from her sister by the variegation.

Image

Chem D#2, she also has a nice even canopy

Image

BBW# 2, she is bigger and strectcher than her sister. They both have fairly large internodal spacing.

Image

BBW# 1, she is much smaller than her sister

Image

Here are the two F2 Tangys, they have a decent structure and appear to be getting large flower clusters.

Hey everyone, here we are at day 31 of flower. The grow appears healthy and on track. I had a power cut this week, so there was a day of extended dark. Its a bummer to have any disruptions at this point in flower, but fingers crossed these girls don't throw toys and grow male parts on me.

Heres the left side of the tent with the BBW 2 up front. She has a cool dark green colour.

Heres the right side of the tent

Image

Chem D #1 she has stayed squat
Image

Chem D#2 she has strechted a bit

Here are the F2 Tangs, they have a beautiful sweet tropical chem smell and nice fat flower clusters by the looks
