I helped someone out in their time of need sadly not with us now, but i always made extra to fuck me up. But 1g of pure RSO will make 10 to 15 bio bombs and effects from 1 or 2 of those will be like taking half g of pure RSO. Taking pure RSO your liver will process a lot of it so your not getting full effects from RSO. The carrier oil sort of tricks your liver so most the RSO sneaks by into your system. Ok its a bit more technical than way i put it but that's about it basically. If taking pure RSO always have summink greasy half hour before like a sandwich with plenty of butter on. The coconut oil or any oil in the bombs are what's known as carrier oils some are better than others it depends what you using the bombs for.

If you get capsules i bought 500 a time from Amazon or Fleabay, your wanting 00 size, i think they take 1ml or close too.
