Grape diamonds is soooooooo close I can almost taste it!
I’m thinking a week to 10 days and she gets the choppy chop.
I think I could chop her now and it would be an amazing flower for smoke and possibly the rosins but I can afford to wait.
I’m a noobwad still but I’m noticing that sometimes these plants will pay off huuuuuuge dividends if you can give them just a bit of extra time there at the end.
I am thankful to have thug roze in the jars so I can take my time with grape diamonds lol.
Anyway enough with the words, pics pics pics

Let’s take a quick look in on the flower chamber of boom.
Grape diamonds is close to chop and she’s beautiful.
Ice cream cake is 10 days into the flip and she’s started building budlets already, she’s beasting along.
I did the first defoliation session and had to stop at 80 leaves snipped lol.
She’s still soooo bushy you can’t hardly tell.
I’ll start plucking leaves every day or so now that she seems to be healthy and back on track to perform, and there will be at least one more big defoliation somewhere in later in flower but I’m getting ahead of myself.
Knock on wood ice cream cake photo does the do and acquits herself well!

Oh snaaaaap I have a slippery grip on the passage of time and went to check dates for the plants.
Noticed that grape diamonds is on day 62 of flower.
This is right there where the breeder info says it should be done and I think it tracks with what I’ve been seeing.
I’m still letting the whole plant go another week then choppy chop but I did snip a sample lower.
Tossed it in a small brown paper bag and have it sitting on top of the tent by a light driver.
It’s sticky and dense, smells like fresh funk weed, can’t wait to get a sample hit or three in my lungs!

I was checking out my veg tent today and noticed that one of my cuttings had a root popping out!
This is such a small thing but like it’s the first time I’ve ever tried a cutting and had one show a root.
This attempt is very ghetto lol, im waiting on a heatmat and dome for the next attempt, but I am very pleased!
Thx to the discord crew for putting up with the questions lol

the icc cutting popped a few more roots and i went ahead and tossed it into a lil 1gal pot of coco loco, wetted it down a bit more and its hopefully gonna move on to the next phase.
Image

the veg tent in all its glory lol.
left to right- ethos mystery zweet, cannarado papaya milk, sns icc, mephisto jammy dodgers
in the dome i have 1 more icc cutting and 2 newly dropped tastebudz orange cookies autos(pot noodle solo cup growoff ftw)
Image

in blooming news we got a nice sns ice cream cake photo heading into wk3 of flower and i am pleased as punch.
shes on the GG routine and while i think we stumbled a bit in veg she has bounced back and is doing fairly well all things considered.
the goal with her is to just get across the finish line with a healthy planty and a handful of decent notes.
im digging it and can def see myself doing another plant with this feed routine, wont replace the goldleaf but ill run a plant with it every cycle to dial it in a bit.

Let’s take a quick lookin on the flower chamber of boom.

Ethos grape diamonds is just beasting here at the finish, the flowers are rock hard, I’ve never had flowers feel like this in a grow and I’m here for it lol.
A poor analogy would be I’m used to growing tennis balls, firm but spongy.
These flowers are baseballs lol.
Image

On the other side we got sns ice cream cake hitting week 3-4 of flower.
She is stacking up fairly well all things considered.
I gots no feel for how she’s gonna do on this Gaia green routine but the plants shape and color and other visible markers seem to point to her doing pretty well.
She’s got a few tops that have seperated themselves from the rest of the plant but imma let that go lol.
We are in a pretty fantastical spot in the garden groove these days and I hope to continue that!!
