Not sure if anyone mentioned this already or if it helps but I find my pH drifts a lot less if I keep my tank topped up, although mine increases due to losing carbonic acid from fluming and heating. It seems more stable with more volume. When pH drops it can be due to bacteria from root disease, which is more likely to happen in recirculating systems (mine is run to waste). I have a 47 litre tank and my friend's is 150 L, and his hardly ever drifts despite rarely ever cleaning the tank, but that's also RTW. Once the levels start dropping in my tank the pH needs constant adjustment, so I keep it topped up.

Thanks mate. I think theres around 100l in system and gets topped up every couple of days. I think bad bacteria is the most likely, did have some root rot early on.

Day 50 from flip now and im seeing a few rounded small leaves and a high leaf to calyx ratio, getting a bad feeling there starting to reveg or something. Ill try get a few pics

So after thinking they might be revegging i checked for light leaks and did find a few and a fan with super bright red led on it, so that would be why. So i sorted light leaks and taped up fan leds. Then just to make sure they went bk budding i dropped the light cycle to 11/13 and swapped nutes out for just pk. Day 60 of flower now so should be chopping them down in a week or 2
They seem to have got back to growing buds so slowly adding the end bk in.

Yes for sure Vador its a lot easier to keep PH stable in bigger tanks than it is in smaller, i don't know why but that's how it is.
