Thanks for all the kind comments guys, not as much bud in there as i would have liked but whats in there is looking pretty good. Think i might go back to canna nutes and see if there is any improvement.
Gpw should be pretty good still though.

Got one of them trim bags to try for this harvest, i know what your all thinking, the same thoughts have been through my mind.
It comes down to the pain factor for me, trimming all that will give me a week of pain vs hang till its dry, chuck it in the bag and shake, what takes me 3-4 days will now be done in an afternoon. Nothing will go to waste anyway so im willing to take one for the team.

Ive been looking at trim bags. I'm definitely a fan of making trim easier. It's all personal so if it's not the best looking trim does it really matter. I use the bowl trimmer, the faster you go the more brutal they are, after a day of trimming I'm spinning that handle as fast as I can.

Exactly im the only one that sees it and it doesn’t bother me so it doesn’t really matter.
Seen a bloke on youtube that just uses a bucket and shakes it all up in the bucket, he then pours it through a sieve, takes 5 minutes and hes processed a few oz.
I find that with trimming with scissors, to start with im being delicate and trying not to break trichomes, after a day im pulling chunks out with my fingers and just crushing off all the dried trim anyway. Cant see a trim bag is gonna be any worse tbh

Week 10 Flushing

Turbo+ = 2ml/L

Background E.C = 0.5 (3 stage filter)
E.C = 1

Light = Invisible Sun X bars (2x 150w) @30%

Started flushing on Saturday when i ran out of mixed nutes, normally i just switch to plain tap water and wash the plants out for a week but been thinking about how ill that could potentially make the plants so thought id try something else for a change. I find that the plants smell lovely till the end, when i stop feeding is when the plants basically start dying and lose the smell.
This time im trying using vitalink turbo+ on its own and set the ph, ive got enough mixed to get me through the week and the last couple of days ill just give water and see if that makes any difference. In my eyes thats similar to when people feed molasses right up till harvest to help with the flavour.

There is a lot of purple starting to show now in the tops and a lot of the popcorn shows purple, not sure whether they are supposed to go that colour or if its been getting a little cold in there but the heating is on now and I haven’t seen it drop below 19c so maybe its just a purpling strain i dont know. Looks nice though

Turbo+ is just vitalinks version of canna boost, been using it for a while and can verify it doesn’t cause any bad effects, hard to tell whether it actually makes a difference mind, i think some experiments are in order tbh.
Maybe when I’ve finished flowering all my strains and growouts i might have to have a play and see.
Would be interesting to see maybe, 1 using the whole vitalink range, 1 using just a+b and turbo, 1 with just a+b, and perhaps one alongside using canna nutes and see how it goes, sounds good now but itll be a pain in the arse keeping track and mixing nutes. At minimum i want to growoff canna vs vitalink though and see what come out on top. Getting the feeling as soon as i go back to canna ill see an increase in yield

The girls are all cut at the stem and hanging in darkness in the spare room in an old tent, should be good to hang for two weeks now, it was too dark to get any photos in there but ill get something sorted out

just realised since these went into the flower room ive had the wattage for the xbars totally wrong, I left it 150w which was the v bars, the x bars are 240w which has been dimmed to 30% so 72w each light

These ideas always sound good until it comes to feed . Bastard PH being my arch nemesis. The Vitalink v Canna dies sound good. A lot of oldschool heads swear by the vitamins range. That's what got me on the buddy, not looked back since.
