1 or 2 of my plants look a good bit ahead than a few others. Don’t really have anywhere else to dry apart from my cupboard so will probably have to take them all down at the same time.

1 of the northern lights looks a bit funny. Has done since it began flowering. Loads of curly white hairs sticking out of the buds. Feels a bit airy and I think that one will take the longest to finish. I’d be pretty satisfied taking the rest of them down 2 weeks from today as seeing about 90% milky on most of the plants, even got some amber showing on a couple of them.

Last feed using nutrients and then plain water from there. Getting there! Image

Nice one Hayden. Looking good.

I know the feeling of limited area, space and time when drying. I will be coming up to my own soon which reminds me to get all ready for it. It's taking years to get to the point I can cycle a more perpetual grow.

You set up with some fine green fingers here though :-) Nice skills

Yeah it’s not an ideal situation. I’ve only just sold my tent as well a few weeks ago. Would of came in handy right about now!

Thanks mate. I enjoy the process but going to be taking a break from it after this. Will be moving house soon and to be honest could do with the break away from it anyway, taking over my life a bit lol.

Be glad to get this one over the line and focus on something else for a bit. Been a pleasure to grow this run, by far the smoothest and definitely going to be most rewarding to date, that I’m sure off. Going out on top probably be back growing in a few months when I run out no doubt, regretting not keeping it going but the break is needed.

@HaydenR4238 No shame in that. I stayed away for a little while when I moved house.
We all get busy, have family commitments and work etc...... we all come and go.
I think if you e joy something you always find the time to do it or go back to it one day.

Approaching week 7

Couple plants starting to fade. The black sugar is supposed to be a 50-55 day day strain and don’t think they are far off that. Took a sample to dry from one of them, Looking forward to trying it.

1 of my northern lights is fox tailing like mad, really airy buds and I expect it to be the worst of the bunch.

Will be taking them all down next week regardless as I’m not able to keep them around for much longer than that. Will have people over for Christmas staying and I need these plants in jars by then lol. Image

Yeah especially after so much time being put in to them! Better safe than sorry though. Not something I want around with folk around the house. Most of the crop will be good

Decided to take down 2 of my black sugar plants yesterday. Maybe about 5% amber heads but I’m happy with that. Left one to mature a bit more for some variety.

Probably got just under 1 and a half oz from the 2 of them. Was 135g wet. Got some nice trim though full off small buds.

Changed to 10 hours instead of 12 to try and make them mature faster. Can’t tell if it’s working or not yet.

Definitely not going to hit 8oz, 5 is probably more realistic.

The northern lights at the back is a monster. I reckon 2/3 of my NL could go another 3 weeks easy, wish I had the time to give them it. Would definitely get me closer to the 8. Being on 10 hours doesn’t help but it’s a catch 22. Need them to mature more than anything now and really hoping it helps Image
