There is plenty of Amber showing, these can be chopped whenever now I think....

how do you decide when to harvest ?

I'm still trying to work out the best time to chop but colour of trichs and pistils are the important bits to pay attention to.
I have 2 coffee plants that seem to be doing well atm

it's tough knowing exact time to harvest.
i'm using mircoscope with my cell phone and 20 pic's later i still can't tell 100%.
like you i 'm looking at pistils for brown(80-90%) and curling down(80-90%) , then i break out the microscope to start check after. i've been going 80% or more cloudy trichomes with microscope and a few brown/bronze heads, but i think thats still to early for me so i'm going to start waiting till 30-40% brown heads with microscope and see if i can tell the difference in stone.

As she's not going go take ages to chop fx, I'd take have at sat week 9, half at week 11. See what the difference is. With the move coming you're in no such to fill that tent after chop.

It's only meant to be a 7 week flower and it looks cooked, I'm going to chop it, I may leave some small buds onto go a bit longer, see how it goes....

Mostly chopped! I may leave the little bits on the plant for a week or so, see if they do anything lol

Well, I trimmed and jarred it all at around three o'clock this morning:


Empty tub weighed 34g so a yield of 38g, not great and I can't say I was that happy with it overall but I didn't give her the attention she deserved in flower but I got a couple of decent buds from it but most were small. The lights preformed adequately I think but not best suited for a full grow, they are only really for veg going forward.
Well that wraps up my last harvest before I move,I just hope that it can last me through to the next one in my new place.
