well rik i find the main thing to be feeds ! environment / watering schedule ...be the main things that need to be rite + beedy eyeball helps see,if ya feed to strong a fert to early during flowering + the pistils start browning off at 3 / 4 weeks in ewe stalled the fukas imo,same as underfeeding to cold temps + a high humidity can also stall the blooms... its a fine balance of all the contributing factors mixed up properly gets them pristine,in theory ewe dont want to be seeing any until at least week 5 / 6,that way your blooms will flourish to their full potential if this makes sense
