2 Coffee Filters (only needed 1)

Method:
I put a bit of rice in a jar...
Added some warm water from the tap (dechlorinated would have been better but I didn't think. It'll evaporate in 24 hours. Should just take a day or 2 longer to make)...
Swished it round a bit to wash the rice...
Then slowly poured into another jar, being careful not to get rice in there...
Finally put a breathable lid on in the form of a coffee filter and tied it in place with string...
It's now sat by an open window, out of direct sunlight, in a dimly lit spot. Once it smells sweet I'll be back with the rest of the process
