Mr minty wat size pot you had her in ...? Me reads some times smaller pots can stress the plants more seems like stress the fook out them

I went with 3 litre AirPots for this grow which I thought would be alright after the pint plants ;o) Gonna upgrade to the 9 litre AutoPots for the next grow.

hey Minty, did you not rate these then, for a smoke?
im asking cos ive got a couple on the go just now, and they seem to be taking forever, for an auto. im on week 7 and they look like they have another month to go.

how long did yours take start to finiash?

Hey mate, Overall the Purple Punch went 83 days (end of week 8). As I have only just taken them down I not tried a smoke as yet but Punch smells amazing it just didn't fill out bud wise. I basically fecked up the growing by allowing her to grow into the light and by letting them dry out on a daily basis (the pots would dry out overnight). I also flushed them at least a week too early which obviously didn't help.

Think im running 9 and 12 mint.................Me thinks the bigger the pot the less you have to water....LOL well im every 3 days on those sizes

My plan is to create a similar setup to my main tent e.g. using the AutoPot & valves which removes the watering hassles and I am also extending my Minty Hydro software/hardware to include a slave unit which will include all the sensors the main tent has such as PH, EC, TEMP, Humidity etc. but rather than running another web server it will communicate with the main unit (over wifi using web sockets) which will record the data and show the User Interface etc. Basically I should be able to monitor and control both GRooms using a single App. Also by feeding the Auto Cupboard from the loft above using the gravity feed AutoPots should also make feeding them much easier as it will then just be maintaining two reservoirs within the loft where the nutrients and RO water are already located.

I will show you the setup mate - I'll create a new post in the tech section as I need to upgrade the main MintyHydro as part of the upgrade and never did get around to documenting that build.

I have most of the hardware I need now excluding an enclosure and power supply so just need to build and program it all ;o)

Plan is to make it a quarter of the size of the original HydroBox just to keep things interesting:-

As far as the auto watering goes, it's just gravity - put res above AutoPot valves ;o)

But I do plan on creating a res out of a 25 litre camping jerry can which should be interesting ;o)

Not sure mate as it is still drying but to be honest if it wasn't for the smell and the colour I would chuck it to the sheep.

There is a couple of buds that should smoke alright but most of it is real airy shit:-




The Cindy did much better but no where near as good as she should/could as suffered the same under feeding and early flushing as the Purple Punch but she did produce much nicer buds:-

Wow 150g for cindy thats good not far off BB you smell the mango yet..................? have been graced like your self with a cindy but want to do it justice so want my grow style storted out first still making fook ups so have some new data to test for next round see how that goes

Not really smelling of anything at the min but that will change with a little cure ;o) Pretty pleased with the result considering she was also underfeed and flushed so early.
I have another seed which I am saving for when I have the environment dialled in a little better.

I reckon he has done a runner with the winnings from the comp mate... Na, he has the mother in law staying so has put the grow on hold for now.

He will be back for sure once he starts fucking the plants up lol.
