Deficiency - what is causing it?

Post by Bulls »

Very interesting thing is happening. My cuttings are developing a deficiency they shouldn't be having. Feed is same as per usual and they are getting additionally - canna calmag agent and a bit of Raw OminA. They even had a foliar feed. PH is in range..they only difference is my tap water. Never been so hard - 0.9 to 1.0 EC. Do you think this could be causing it?ImageImage

I think its under control and not spreading to new growth but I need to know why it has happened. Any thoughts? :Stoned:

You sure it's not calcium lockout? 0.9EC would suggest a lot of something in the water. If it's calcium carbonate calcium is high, then you're giving them more calcium and a catalyst to increase the uptake of Ca. Either that or something else is up with the water.

I was looking at growers ark the other day as another grower is using it here and I was interested but I also noticed they do water tests for £30. Might be worth getting one done if reducing the Ca doesn't fix the issue. 0.9-1.0EC is crazy high!

Oi bach looking at them I'd warm the fukas up . But ffs scrape off that algae . It's robbing your dope & it's matting over your pot or soon will be . Also get some air moving about dope don't like stagnant roots
