Air comfort
Evening all,
Just got my hands on two of these. Not sure if been posted about but seem pretty decent.
Paid about £30 each and they track room temps and humidity. As you can see in the picture you can change from hours to days and monthly.
You need to download the app and can connect multiple units, ive got one in with some clones and one for the seedlings.
Quite small and can be easily hung around the tent.
You can also set high and low parameters so if it goes below or above you will get a notification.
Only works through bluetooth so will only get them in the house.
Will see how long they last but worth a go, especially if your not using a controller.
(i am but i dont trust it)
Thanks for reading

Re: Air comfort
Yep, I'm gonna get one just to see the varience against my own sensors etc. plus that looks useful for sticking in the seed 'tent' AKA jiffy bag ;O)
*EDIT* It uses Blue Tooth for connectivity (I missed that from your original post) so I'm gonna keep looking...

Re: Air comfort
Nice find that redz medz ill be looking at this, minty, I was/am looking for something similar.
Inkbird do one but its all separate. And £ 40+ a pice. i use the temp unit atm. Wifi.
I ebayd it and got a Chinese version. Supposed to monitor.
Co2 ppm
Humidity
And temps.
Can add multiple units together.
Sent to a cloud app via 2.4g wifi connection.
Did a yt search and found an unboxing and tare down vid on it.
Has all the relevant insides and gave decent readings to the test environments.
For £15 I don't think it will be super accurate but we shall see when it arrives. I'll do a write up.
All in one would do it for me, tho price is important here.
Love these gadgets quality find Redz. S.j

Re: Air comfort
I kinda like it but wouldn't the humidity affect the wifi signal?

Re: Air comfort
It does mate but not enough to worry about and it would affect Blue tooth just as bad if not worse.sageridder wrote: ↑Mon Oct 12, 2020 7:10 amI kinda like it but wouldn't the humidity affect the wifi signal?

Re: Air comfort
Never knew that humidty affects the signal, i do have another hydrometer in there and that says the same as the air comfort, so doesnt seem to make a difference.sageridder wrote: ↑Mon Oct 12, 2020 7:10 amI kinda like it but wouldn't the humidity affect the wifi signal?
