I thought it might be fun to run a little competition.
All you need to do is guess the right location of where the photo was taken. The place in this Town has a specific name and it is the same as the name of the monument.

It looks like Eastern Europe. There's a cross on the hill, so somewhere that has a strong religious following. Even some of the people look Eastern Europe / Russian, (but the text on the statue doesn't look Russian)
