Looks like what I did to a few seedlings a while back with my new QBs. They're like death-rays, mate. Slowly, slowly catch a monkey Slow, incremental increases in light intensity (5% per day) is the way to go with these types of lights in my experience...

I think same thing buddy intense lights as well as me over watering at a young stage the stem on lower half was little more scraggly than the stem above ground...

I have the lights on half power at the moment and its 30inches away from canopy...

How far did you have the lights for seedlings and what power ?

The painkiller i been giving past few days some turtle tank water which helped some indoor plants in the past, I been giving two foliar feeds a day and she looks like this at the moment which is progress

There is now growth i noticed and the branching is going good too :D

I thought I knew the reason then it was nope lol so I'm jiving up painkiller has been very forgiving to me at the moment so that's the beast to carry me through for this summer till next winter then ill have to cry again because I'm killing seedlings lmao

I might as my brother to start em for me loooool that way I cannot mess up...

But no more seeds are getting soaked this year tho I'm tempted to throw in a animal cookies

Ola amigos I topped at 8th node woop woop and she is very lemon like smell id say as strong as animal cookies but lemon instead of lime
