Damping off?

Hey all,

Could you tell me if this looks like damping off?

I didn't actually water her loads but I did put a humidity dome on, her taproot was coming out of the ground a bit so I covered it with soil, she looks green inside I'm just not sure if she's trying to right herself or damping off?

If she's damping off id rather not obviously waste more time.

I know it looks very wet but I literally just sprayed a small amount on top of it because the soil felt dry when I put a finger in and I didn't want her dying from drying out.
