Dutch Passion Jorge’s Diamonds #1

Hey stoners ,after not having a grow on since before Christmas it’s time to get something going so the jars don’t run dry ,

So I have put in 3 x Jorge’s Diamonds #1 , photo strain for a change , from my usual autos ,
1 reason is obviously is the price of electric. So I have opted to put 1 auto in along side the 3 photos, so 8 weeks veg , should see the auto fully flowered , then I can switch to 12/12 and have a tent full of prime photo period sexiness lmfao

So ……, I went away at Easter and had a mate crack them for me so when I come back I already had seedlings to go at ,

I didn’t mess about and put them in 15l auto pot plant pots as I knew at some point I would have to go away and leave them to it for a week. Bit of forward thinking saves a lot of hassle I have realised this in past grows

One drunk Friday evening it seemed like a good idea to pot them up , in what I thought was coco lmfao , apparently not


So I was all please with myself then mr 2scooops says nah then idiot that’s soil not coco lmfao

Next day I visit 2 grow shops. Neither had coco !!! So I had a dig around at home and found some 60/40 coco and pebble mix I forgot I had , the wife had been using in her green house ,
This time sober I repotted the babies ….. AGAIN , and fed them at half strength canna coco a and b


Off they went to start life in a small veg tent , under a quantum 240 led panel

After 3 weeks in the small propagation tent in the spare bedroom the girls were flying , and starting to look a little crowded ,


and in the mean time the Mrs tells me we are going to the caravan at the end of may for a week, so on comes the next faff, the garage tent is still a massive mess from last summers monkey glue , growers choice grow off ,
Last night I spent hours messing , cleaning , rejigging , fitted a new 6” carbonair filter which I am giving a go sat on the floor this grow , as it was in the way of my led panels ,

Garage tent setup is :-
6” carbonair filter and fan
Passive intake
2 x 340w quantum 800 led panels
2 x 47l res to feed 2 plants each
4 autopot trays and valves
2 x clip on fans to provide massive canopy breeze

Currently got only 1 of the Leds on at 3/4 power , it would be on lower but the auto is in there and more light =more bud so it is what it is ,

I’ll stop waffling now , and let the jungle commence

I’m toying with the idea of stripping some leaves off before I go away for a week Saturday morning , or do I leave them au natural and let them go mental lol ?

Tint a bad strain this one Paul, if i remember rightly it has a real funky taste and smell to it, best of with it.

This strain is one of my fav to date and will eventually get a full scrog to themselves. The taller plants on the left are the Jorges Diamonds in flush.

Im subbed up for this one Paul. Im sure you will smash them.

Cheers guys , I figured seen as though the living legend himself is behind the strain it’s got to be worth a run :-) just hope that after a week on their own while I’m away they behave themselves and do t get too big lmfao

This morning I had a mad hour preparing the girls for a week of looking after themselves ,
Loaded the autopot res with 4ml per l of a and b and rhizotonic and 1ml per l of cal mag
I pulled some leaves off them to open em up a little and uncover the tips
Here’s a group photo and then some singles of the 3 girls after I removed the leaves




I guess that’s all for now , keep everything crossed they Behave themselves in my absence
