Northern Lights 5 Bx by AK Bean Brains

Not having much luck lately with any of my hype chases, Keeno outright pestered me to get an old school stable strain. So, I found a pack of Northern Lights 5 Bx by AK Bean Brains at JBCSeeds.com and added it to an order for some other beans I’ve wanted for a while now. Five of the beans went for a drink on Oct 5 and will be placed in rapid rooters the next day.

These five seeds will be germinated under a CLW SolarSystem 550, 40% power in my 18/6 veg area. Once clones/seed stock are ready for flower, they will begin their cycle in a 2X4 tent under a CLW SolarSystem 550 at 50% power (200W). At D21, I begin increasing the power 10% every 2-3 days until 100% is reached.

Tradition has it that Northern Lights began on an island near Seattle, Washington, where 11 indica sprouts began their climb to glory. The genetics they propagated came from indigenous Afghani landrace strains, cherished for their highly resinous buds, fast flowering, and resilience during growth. Each Northern Lights sprout was given a number, and when seed turned to flower, Northern Lights #5 came out top crop.
