Jusqu'ici tout va bien.

One is on a mission to stretch. :idn:

Might need more farts in the tent to slow her down.

Thanks Afton! :thanks: This really is just a quick grow to test the genes in these things. I'm in a new house and have a couple months left till we start ripping the place apart and having hairy arsed builders farting all over the place.

So far they look like they'll do well with a bit of topping and training. (the plants, not the builders)

I gave them a squirt of brown feed liquid in a litre of water each today.

I have bugs.

I noticed a bit of rust coming on a leaf and thought, ooooooh... CALMAG!! for no reason at all.

Image

But having a closer look I have lots of dark spots along the leaf veins on the undersides. I can;t see any bugs, but it does look like poop or eggs.

ImageImageImageImage

I've split open a few of the slow release mite packs to see if they might get off their arses and do their jobs, failing that I'll check again tomorrow night and hit them with some SMC leaf wash just before lights off.

We're only at this stage so shouldn't do too much damage if I hit the whole plant.

:idn:

What I do know is fuck this compost though. :fight:

EDIT - :bang head: My old camera is playing up and backfocusing... :bang head: Sorry for the blurry pics, just defocus your eyes a little and it may help.

The wool compost seems to be doing okay for my tomato plant, not as well as my big pot though

 These are English bugs Mrs B... Hitched a ride in the compost from Engerrrland.

Northern one's too.. the worst type. They never get you a pint and vanish when it's their round. :fight:

BTW MrsB... Can I ask you a personal question?

What's the pH of your tapwater?

The compost is half decent for dope FX, I've only fed weekly so far.

I find the tomato compost doesn;t retain any moisture, so needs more frequent watering. The double strength veg compost is good and needs twice weekly water. I've only fed these a couple of times too. Still green, bar the bugs.
