Re: My coco drip and drain diary
Cheers I did do a flush at week 5 but il do another one incase. I am gonna change my blue drippers as that's what I got from the hydro shop and there not as good what I had previously so could play a part in it.
I am in 16ltr pots though mukka and there still pretty damp the next day apart from 1 of them. Rest still wet on top of coco and when I squeeze fabric pots it feels wet. Wouldn't ec be high in run off and ph be low
I have dropped the pk 3days ago and ec is dropping since doing so.

Re: My coco drip and drain diary
I think it could be my drippers mate
I got the blue one what's for wilma as that's all my hydro store had. Last ones used to throw out alot more water and drench the survace better. Il upgrade to halo rings next grow I think but hopefully getting extra run off might help

Re: My coco drip and drain diary
warm it up in there is my advice bach ....in coco ewe should be flooding them at least once a day + the next day the pots should be ginger ontop dry looking,my pots between watering would actually fall over as they get sucked dry........ i think ewe want a rethink environment ... after all we are growing exotic plants are we not !!!!!

Re: My coco drip and drain diary
Ye there not that dry the next day mate. I must say I don't like these fabric pots they seem to hold on to the moisture a fair bit. Gonna use airports again next time. Heater is back in the rest now back to 20c what other environmental factors were we thinking mukkacaptain beefheart wrote:warm it up in there is my advice bach ....in coco ewe should be flooding them at least once a day + the next day the pots should be ginger ontop dry looking,my pots between watering would actually fall over as they get sucked dry........ i think ewe want a rethink environment ... after all we are growing exotic plants are we not !!!!!

Re: My coco drip and drain diary
I was led to belive even if the coco is wet should still water. But last time I was in air pots and never had this issue on the same schedule and I can assume airport dry out more evenly. Also 1 pot is really dry the next day and the rest are still wet so if that is the case this could be my problem. Il miss a feed out tomorrow and let them dry more and hand water the one what drys out and see if they perk up from it.captain beefheart wrote:it could be soggy root syndrome IDK im not there see, this is why i only do my own shit these days.......trying to be a witch doctor is mind boggling,+ it tiered me to fuk over the last few decades.
