2ltrs? ! That's quite incredible.

Is that using those evil man made salts for fertiliser?!

I'm tempted but is there a difference to organic? All this ec business sounds all very complicated.

Very impressive nonetheless.
NPK is NPK, humans just extracts it and bottles it to makes the money! :running-around:

I can tell not 1 bit of difference between organic dope and salts grown dope, apart from growing in coco is less headache than soil.

As for EC, no need for it. Just feed the plant according to what colour it is and what stage of life it's at.

Per litre of water... 1ml of A+B for veg, up that to 2ml week before flip for 3 weeks, then drop back down to 1ml and start adding a bit of PK if you so fancy.
Other folks have their own recipes, I like to keep it simple and I had forgotten how simple the coir can be.

Cheers TT.

Nice one Marcus. By that remit and from your evidence you could do a larger number of plants in smaller pots. I'm thinking of doing a landrace hunt and thisnmethid might work better.

This is my thinking, more plants in a space in smaller pots, top them at the 6th and chop alternating limbs off up the stem and flip them.
Should save loads of electric over daft vegging times for simgle plants to fill a space.
I've done something similar in the past cutting plants back to just 5 shoots like that and they seem more 'efficient'.
These lot have been left to run wild so I can see how they grow, but I'll hack my next run back and show you what I mean by taking alternate nodes.

I reckon I'd agree with that, despite being a staunch convert from coco to organic no-till. I'm not quite convinced there is much difference in flavour or effects if both are grown well. Both have the potential to taste bad if careless with feeding. Simple is best. I also just used A+B (House & Garden or Canna) with some Big Bud or Buddy near the end, then just water for last two weeks and it worked very well, but I believe the debate is still out on flushing and I if I'm not mistaken some coco growers are now using beneficial bacteria or fungi too. It's been years since I grew in coco, but if you did want to measure your EC @Tictok, it's piss easy when you have an EC truncheon, as is PH with a PH meter - hard to get wrong.

Lovely looking, classically shaped plants @Marcus. Great job!

Cheers @sybarite ...

I have just dropped a pot of coco off the shelf above the plants, got the henry hoover out to hoover it off the buds and lost a few leaf tips...
