Looking good Jimmy! I'm well chuffed with the last lot. I'm not using kelp on this grow. I'm assuming you're referencing the use of alga-c on the hydroponics post? Saying that, H&G root stim 1 sounds like it's derived from kelp.jimmi2scoops wrote: ↑Thu Oct 17, 2019 1:35 pmYes i haver 2 of these about 4 weeks into 12/12 @ start of week 5, it`s first time ive grown them but man they looking summink special to my eyes, it looks like they will have some big long cola`s in a few more weeks full of frosty goodness, i`m chuffed with them tbh atmo. A few pictures for you to check out.
So i see you say you use kelp, well i do myself but i only use it as a foliar spray. Would you give us a run down on how you use it when feeding through roots. I have bottle that i only opened last crop so it should be sound to use, cheers mate![]()

Re: Dutch Passion GlueBerryOG & Powerplant Organic
Just a quick update, checking them tonight I noticed yet more yellowing on the older leaves and a few rust spots. Yesterfay I gave them half strength Alga grow but I don't think it was enough. I've given them a full strengh dose tonight without the silicon and root stim. Hopefully that's enough to see them through rooting out into the batmix. In hindsight, I really should of fed them when transplanting. They were hungry before while cramped up under that little CFL. Now they have some real enery to work with, they ain't got the food to sustain healthy growth. I'll keep you guys updated. I really wanted to turn them over around this size but I'd rather have them green up a bit before turning them over hence all the bent branches :) As you can see, despite the light deficiency, they're filling the area nicely.

Small update to say the full strengh feed worked wonders. Everything is lush green and healthy again. Phew :)

Re: Dutch Passion GlueBerryOG & Powerplant Organic
Cheers guys, I gave them a hair cut and flipped them today. A little overdue because I wanted them a little healthier before flipping.

Re: Dutch Passion GlueBerryOG & Powerplant Organic
These are now coming along nicely although very hungry. I stopped the bottle nutrients a couple of days thinking the batmix would take over and the yellowing returned on the second day so I've had to give them full strength grow feed. I won't drop it again now. I'm not sure why they're not feeding from the soil? Anyway, the feed schedule from now until the weekend will be as follows.
5ml/L Plagron Alga grow
1ml/L Plant magic bio silicon
5ml/L Cannazym
5ml/L Atami ATA NRG Alga-C
And the usual 1gr/L of Biosys instant tea.
I'll be swapping over to the flowering feed the weekend if I see crowns starting to appear. I'll also be netting things up. I think I've let them grow too big. I reckon these are going to be a handful to train. I also think my bulb might be done as I'm starting to see them bolt for the light. It was second hand and is on it's third grow. I'll probably replace that in a day or two. I'll be going for the Osran Plantasta 400w. The reason why I think it's cooked is that I'm struggling to keep them even this time. I've got a short patch at the back left and the one at the back right is bolting for the light. I've also made the decision not to clone these again and move onto pastures new. I feel like the seeds are easy obtainable and they've been fairly consistent so I don't think I'll have troubles buying more seeds and finding the same or similar phenotypes. I hope I don't regret that decision.
