Internodes are really close together. How far is you light from the top of the canopy?

Got it on 400 watt atm be 660 in flower on super lumens I think the internodes are so close together because of the temperature difference at night it only dips 4 degrees normally

If your not finding it too difficult to work with the plants tight like they are, carry on. Personally I like a bit of stem to play with

Everything still sounds pretty much spot on tbh mate, just stead progress

Yeah they are a bit stout aren’t they I just thought the closer the internodes the bigger the buds I will raise the light up another 5 inches later as they are a little hard to work with, the branches are getting so thick now and they don’t seem to be growing to the light much just getting bushier I’ve taken loads of growth off to thin out but every day it just fills back up

I'm sure you'll get them sorted. Defol is personal choise I guess, everyone does it differently or not at all. Generally if a growth tip is covered I'll try tuck a fan leaf but remove it if not possible
