Re: a Little bit of Sherbet
Autopot system is now in the tent. Just need to do a leak test and then I'll post up some pics.
Medium, which is a mix of Coco, perlite and clay balls has been buffered. Got about two inch of clay balls at the bottom of the pot and then the mix on tip of that.
Will bring the tent back up to temp tomorrow and pop the seedling in there as it's currently chilling in the chilli tent with a plastic cup over it to keep the Rh up.

Tent back up and running.
Seedling is in a little plastic pot for now , just sitting on top of the medium ready to pot up in a few weeks.

Re: a Little bit of Sherbet
This system is so random to see in the tent seems a bit technical for me with all the tubes and tubs lol.
Looking forward to see how this goes

Re: a Little bit of Sherbet
Rule of thumb, wait till the leaves hit the edge of the pots, that's when the roots should be long enough to hit the bottom of the pot, and then turn the system on. From that point onwards don't top feed.
I put my pot in a bucket 🪣 it sat half way on top to allow drainage etc. So I didn't put the pot on the tray until I was ready to start using the system.
Looks like you're doing the right thing by watering around the seedling to allow the roots to grow out..don't do what I did and drench the pot and drown the seedling lol
Goodluck!

Re: a Little bit of Sherbet
I think I've killed it lol. I'm not giving up on it yet though, but new seed looks imminent.
My guess is the medium was to wet but let's see!
