Please be nosey :D . So these are DIY wilma res' made from storage tubs. the plastic just covers some of the extra holes which allow the run off back into the tank from light but still lets water flow underneath. also if im in a rush and not topping the res up through the plant pots, ill just lift the plastic pieces and pour the bucket directly into the res'ohlordyeah_420 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2019 9:46 amBeing nosey but what's the plastic covering your run off all about?

I've been looking at wilmas recently and they look pretty cool. I'll try 100% coco one day, probably when I run out of compost. It's the science and maths that put me off. I like my stoned 'handful of this, dash of that' method of soil that I find easy but I really wanna try all ways of growing this smelly plant.
