Quick update, potted one of the plants up so far after realising she is not in a 25ltr but a 20ltr (note to self tippex size on front of pot). A picture just to show

The girls have now been flipped and a bit of weight training has started with a few pull me downs as well, they are starting to stack slowly but tightly..
