Interesting idea GMO. When you creating such layers doesn't it mean you can give them just water nearly until the end?

@Bulls sorry dude missed your comment. umm, kind of... as long as there are microbes working its kinda possible but ill be topping up the microbes to keep it on track
so one was much happier before flip, the other obviously needed more time to root out properly
