Dam, they have trichomes on trichomes . I love this part of the grow. You are over the hill, no more messing with feeds. Not much can go wrong.

You certainly made the most of that area. Nice work

Unfortunately I don’t think there will be a record breaking amount there tbh, it looks rammed in there but there’s a lot of space left unfilled.
It’s been one of them grows, moving the tent, changing lights and things, by the time I flipped them into flower they were too far gone for scrogging or anything so just let them grow, next time round with the naranja biscotti I’m expecting to get a better result.

Week 8 - Flushing

Total Veg Time Mother = 20 Weeks
Total Veg Time Clones = 13 Weeks

Light = 2x Invisible Sun X bars (240w each) @50%, 120w each & 6” from tallest cola
Sunset/ Sunrise = 24 minutes(plus 2 minutes every day)
Light on time = 11 hours 40 minutes(-2 minutes every day)

Last week now, just got another day of finale left in the barrel and then on to plain old tap water from here on.
Will give them 7 days of water and see how they look.

Week 9 - Harvest Time

Can’t believe how long it’s taking to chop this lot down, normally any popcorn gets stripped off and chucked to one side, problem I’ve got is even the popcorn are dense buds and are too good to be shattered, my popcorn bucket is empty lol.
These x bars are awesome, cut down the second plant and already I can see I smashed the hps grow with these same genetics, lovely dense trichome covered buds, can’t wait to smoke some of this

Week 10 - Drying

Total Veg Time Mother = 20 Weeks
Total Veg Time Clones = 13 Weeks
Total Flowering Time = 8 Weeks

It’s taken a week all in but I finally got it all chopped and trimmed, It’s not been easy sneaking around trying to hide it from our house guest.

Unfortunately no sooner had I started harvest the weather turned and its now roasting, the bud is drying quicker than I’d like and is smelling noticeably different to the last run with this strain, Got a 1lb grove bag that weighs 350g at the moment and waiting on what’s left in the drying rack to top the bag up. There's loads of popcorn in there as well which will be bagged and cured separately.


Unfortunately due to the way I had to sneak around the trim got neglected and left in a trug, when I checked it the bottom had started to go mouldy where id left it in there too long, That will be fed to the worms.
Oh well got enough bud to smoke and plenty of popcorn for shatter and oil.

Week 11 - Curing

Total Flowering Time = 8 Weeks

Well this is the end of another grow.
To recap I started off 5 blue cheese and kept one for a mum, The other 4 got flowered. They started life under t5, then moved onto 250w mh for veg, then onto 400w hps for the first few weeks of flowering, then moved onto 600w hps to finish them, finally the last two weeks I went back to mh for a trichome boost. Meanwhile clones were taken and veged next to mum under t5.
Out of 12 clones I think it was, I kept the best 4 for flowering. After starting a new strain and then accepting 2 new growouts I realised there's no room for the mum anymore so she got flowered in with the clones which brings us up to date. the clones and mum were veg'ed as usual but when it came to flowering I swapped out the hps for the xbars.

And now the results are in
so for the hps grow I got a total of 356g of dried 1 week cured bud and 338g of trim which included leaves and popcorn.
this time round I kept the popcorn separate, unfortunately I had to ditch the trim as it went mouldy.
One other noteworthy thing is this grow was delayed and I was preoccupied with other things so they didn't get the training and scrog work they should have had so I think yield may have been down a little bit from its full potential. not bad at all though 2 xbars using 240w between them and still producing 20g more than last grow with up to 600w of hps in there.

Each grove bag has a probe in it so I zeroed the scales with a 1lb grove bag and a probe.


376g of dried, 1 week cured bud. 20g more than last time give or take a little


266g of dried and 1 week cured popcorn, last time I filled the blasting tube twice with popcorn, this time there looks to be enough for 3 maybe 4 lots of shatter, no trim though so not sure how it ranks up to last grow, popcorn is definitely more dense this time around though.

Thanks a lot keeno, glad you enjoyed it. Tbh I’m glad that’s out of the way and I can concentrate on the other strains, there just isn’t enough room in there for the amount of plants I had. I’m happy now I can train and play around a bit more in there. Putting more effort into the naranja biscotti so hopefully she will reward me better than the cheese.
