Sleep aid strain.

I'm after some recommendations for a strain to help with sleep.
Mrs Trunk works long and unsocial hours in care and has problems sleeping.
She likes Indica strains any way as I'm thinking they maybe the best.
I'm after photo fems any recommendations would be appreciated.

I like blueberry and blueberry crosses for sleep. Blueberry x OG Kush from Barney’s Farm is a nice one for sleep off the top of my head.

Fancied doing an OG Kush.
My first disaster grow was Blue Cookies and she liked that.

@Marcus The Tequila is a no as she doesn't drink.
I have to drink for two.
The Bubba Kush sounds good though.

Black afghan kush, HiFi 4G, animal cookies and blueberry by DP or any blues

The best thing to do with those strains is make hash from the trim and decarb that hash and make 10/1 mix 10% being coconut oil and 1% being the hash... if you cannot sleep on that coconut oil or the smoke off these strains then there is somthing wrong lol

The above strain make sure of you do grow em to get some amber trichomes and then if you can cure for at least a month and I promise you av some good meds ...

But if the smoke is not good enough for ya try the coconut hash oil ..

Those strains put me to bed with no problem..

Of animal cookies are little expensive but I made some s1 fems if you need any I can send you 3 or 5 fems I made

That's a good point @Dex Last time I made Hash I had to ensure I saved the bongs for the evening as it was really heavy.

I've heard you can further cure the hash too which makes it heavier?
