Foliar feeding-does it really make a difference?
Hey everyone, like the title says just trying to get some opinions on whether or not foliar feeding is beneficial.
Ok... Let's just say your environment is already perfect, temp and humidity are good, plants are already perfectly healthy... Is it beneficial at all to do a foliar spray?
The reason I'm asking is because I don't have the room in my tent to do a side by side comparison.
I know I know, it's best to keep it simple and not let the nute companys rip us off. I couldn't agree more.
But curiosity is killing me on this one
Anybody with experience on this that can chime in?

Some nutrients are larger and more difficult to uptake or transport
Foliar is a vital tool for treating issues like calmag
And can also help prevent pest

Thanks for the input GMO. Out of all the research I've done it seems more beneficial to use foliar to treat issues like you mentioned.GMO wrote:Some nutrients are larger and more difficult to uptake or transport

But I was just wondering if it actually promotes faster growth in a perfectly healthy plant

Tbh I think if will depend what your feeding and when. I mention calmag as it's a deficiency you tend to see in ideal conditions as vigorous growth can be unbalanced to the typical base nutes

Do you use tap water or RO/distilled?
