Would using soap nuts in RO water in a weak solution be likely to kill worms and beneficial microbes? And how about aloe? Which would be best as a wetting agent, if any?

Thanks. I have loads of soap nuts not being used and don't like to waste things. The Aspie Toker wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 3:20 amWhy would you want to use soap nuts?
If you want to use a wetting agent, then go with aloe.
Personally, I would use soap nuts for washing clothes rather than as a wetting agent. Soap nuts are known to be antimicrobial, so could harm the soil. I'd rather use Aloe for plants.sybarite wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 10:25 amThanks. This video suggests using saponin extract as a wetting agent when building soil, hence thinking soap nuts would work:
