Hi and welcome to the forum. Yes you still need good air movement and negative pressure in your groom with leds.

You 100% need fans and filters mate. Also air movement stimulates plant growth so fans inside your grow space are always a good idea

Do you use fan's
What type of fans mate?
I use an oscilating fan on my grow area and a fan+filter to scrub the smell :) None on the LED's tho
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
