"A driver has been arrested after testing positive for drugs and being found in possession of cannabis.

Traffic officers from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said that they first spotted a Ford Fiesta driving through Farnworth without any lights on.

After initially seeing the car in Albert Road, cops chased it to Balmoral Road and tried to block it in."
