TommyT's First SCROG

Post by TommyT »

We'll see how well I can achieve this grow.
So far it looks pretty good but as we all know that can change in a heartbeats time.
I popped one Laughing Budda Fem seed from Barney's Farm Seeds and one Amnesia Haze Fem from Victory Seeds.
They both grew into pretty decent mother plants.
I took several clones from both mother plants.
They are all currently growing under one 400 watt MH and a 600 watt equivalent generic LED.
Both lights are on a light mover so they all get about the same amount of light.
They are in toned down Super Soil that was WAY to hot. I did this by mixing in 1/2 Super soil and 1/2 Coco Coir.
I have been giving them PH'ed water with Epsom Salt mixed in.
I will start feeding with Dyna-Gro nutes sparingly if I see any deficiencies.
They are each in a 4 gallon bucket.

Picture of both the Mothers and some clones.

First clones being trained.

Second batch of clones just after tying down.
They look sad but the next day they bounce right back and look good.
Image

All the clones together.
The lighting difference is caused by the MH light and the LED.

The other day when I was high I solved one of the world's greatest problems.
Unfortunately five minutes later I forgot what I was doing.

Subbed, like the look of scrogs but don't like the plant count so interested to see what the difference is between lots of small plants or one larger one trained down.

Do you think that is too many for the space?

I can but it's just one of these cheap ones off ebay. It already mutilated the rubber tire on the drive motor. I guess that's why they send you a spare one.
